About Carlos De Armas
Carlos De Armas has been a Miami-Dade County resident since 2005. He holds a masters degree in international business from Florida International University where he also received his bachelors in business administration. He is an entrepreneur, consultant, and former banker, and now, a candidate for Miami-Dade County Mayor.
