On Nov 4th, Cortada spoke passionately to the 400 Miami residents gathered at Zoo Miami during the #LetThemThrive Rally.  Led by environmental leader Ron Magill who organized the event, participants rallied and marched to urge the County to halt the proposed development that is threatening the crucial habitat of endangered wildlife in one of Miami’s last Pine Rocklands.
