The Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) seeks to transform public understanding of environmental issues by training and supporting a diverse network of emerging leaders. ELP’s flagship initiative is a prestigious national fellowship program for visionary, action-oriented individuals with 3-10 years of experience in the environmental field. The fellowship program provides participants with training and networking opportunities and access to seed funding for innovative projects over the course of two years. This is ELP’s 5th Anniversary – over the last five years ELP has supported 111 Fellows across the US.
