Come and stop by our tent at Palmetto Bay’s State of the Village Address in Thalatta Estate on Friday, Nov. 22 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. to see our showcase of Plan(T) and learn how you can get involved with local artist, Xavier Cortada’s county-wide eco-art project !
With Plan(T), Cortada has embarked on a public campaign to urge every resident across Miami-Dade County to plant a saltwater-tolerant mangrove propagule and an elevation-marked flag in their yard to symbolize and start preparing for the future of sea level rise.
At the Address, we will be featured as one of Palmetto Bay’s Got Talent participants !
So stop by and join the conversation on climate change, get your own mangrove seedling and engage with your community on good causes, food and fun !
