MLK
Dream works:
Miami artist and FIU College of Architecture + The Arts | Office of Engaged Creativity Director Xavier Cortada will present “Dream, weave” in the MLK @ THE FROST exhibit at the FIU Frost Art Museum in Miami. The piece contains an intereactive component (participants will help embroider a pillowcase with the artist’s dream: “The innocent shall be set free.”). A second work, “Dream | Sheet,” asks visitors to express their own dreams for a more equal and just world.
