Cortada’s work to be featured –Published on Thursday, December 30, 1999, in The Miami Herald
St. Thomas University’s Atrium Art Gallery will host an exhibit of the works of Xavier Cortada at the gallery, in the main library, second floor, 16400 NW 32nd Ave.
The opening reception will take place from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Jan. 20.
Titled Imaginis (the Latin word for “Images”), the exhibit of oil paintings depicts images of faith and spirituality in the contemporary world.
A Miami artist, Cortada has shown his work around the United States and internationally.
The exhibit will run until March 10.
