For a third year, Cortada provided an official welcome to the University of Miami family to incoming Global Executive MBA students at his alma mater, the University of Miami, and presented his signed artwork depicting “The U” to all incoming and current students.

You are formally invited to attend our Global Executive MBA Welcome Reception on Thursday, August 26th from 6-8PM EST, in the Newman Alumni Center (Dany Garcia & Dwayne Johnson Living Room).

Please join us to give a warm welcome to the incoming Global Executive MBA cohort, Class of 2022. Our current GEMBA Class of 2021 will also be in attendance.

In tradition, we will have the attendance of award-winning artist, Xavier Cortada, who will give a tremendous official welcome to the “U” family and presented his signed artwork to all incoming and current students. After hearing from Xavier, our GEMBA Alumni will welcome the incoming class with energy and excitement, as well provide them with tips and best practices for how to make the most of the program and also how to manage the workload (while also balancing a full-time career and other life obligations).
