Cortada Projects invites you to “Flying Solo: The Activist-Artist,” a play on Xavier Cortada and his social practice, on Monday, April 21! The play is a collaborative work between Associate Professor of Florida International University (FIU) Phillip Church and Dr. Darrell Arnold from Miami-Dade College (MDC), funded by the Humanities Edge Collaborative Research Grant. It explores ethical and political reflections on art and how it impacts our self-understanding and ways of being in the world.
