As the vCIES 2020 Artist-in-Residence, Xavier Cortada delivered a keynote plenary speech to conference attendees, engaging them online in a ritualistic performance addressing climate change, and asked them to participate in creating his “Letters to the Future” mural.  

The final mural will be displayed on the project page as soon as it is finished and will be unveiled during the CIES 2021 conference.
