Xavier Cortada to participate, share art works at the Art Basel Culinary Event: Sustainable Seafood Party

The Sustainable Seafood Dinner, is a seasonal event that take places only four times a year. The  main focus with the dinner is to raise awareness on our Oceans and its ecosystems.  Part of the proceeds are donated to the Monterrey Bay Aquarium and another portion are donated to a local charity called the Captain Mike Fishing Experience.
