Health, Wellness & Diet

“The last two decades have been the hottest years in recorded human history. This extreme heat has a significant impact on people through heart disease and lung disease, but it’s also making our ecosystems sick – the networks of life we rely on for pollination, food production, and countless other ecosystem services. At the same time, we’re decimating our forests to meet our insatiable demand for meat. The very lungs that we need absorbing carbon dioxide from our atmosphere are being slashed for an agricultural system intent on polluting it. We have to take care of the planet and understand that to do this effectively we also have to take care of ourselves – mentally, physically, and emotionally.”
