Floral River is a 1,200-square-foot art piece by eco-artist Xavier Cortada, located at the Frankfort Transit Center and parking garage. Using hand-glazed ceramics and acrylic paint, the artwork reimagines the Kentucky River as a cascade of wildflowers, connecting the community to the beauty and ecology of the local landscape.
