WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?
In creating this project, an artist and professor at the University of Miami (elevation 10.85’) in Coral Gables wrote:
HELLO, my purpose is to inform and inspire you to be the change that our society and the life on this planet needs you to be right now. To use art’s elasticity to work across disciplines to connect and engage individuals in bringing about a better future for themselves, others and those not yet born.
VOICES
My purpose is... to preserve and protect nature and this earth and the living species that call earth home. I will continue to fight for animals in labs, victims of the wildlife trade, street dogs, feral community cats, and the victims of animal abuse.
Stephanie DeThomas, Miami, FL 33160
My purpose is... to make you see the Earth is needing us more than ever and we have to act right now. A true act of selflessness always sparks another, go for it!
Luis Navarro, Costa Rica
My purpose is... to help preserve the fate of our species and all the other ones who happen to share the planet that gave us birth. We are better than what we have shown to be, I still believe in humanity.
Jessica Rodriguez, Costa Rica
My purpose is... to make peace with nature and participate in projects that show ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and heal the planet.
