A son, who a son who lives in Miami Gardens near the Dolphins Stadium (elevation 8.91’) could write:
HELLO, my hope is that delegates of COP26 will act swiftly to lower global carbon emissions.

My hope is... the polar ice caps do not melt in my lifetime and that polar bears and snow leopards do not become extinct. That Covid gives the world a reality check to take better care of the earth and mankind before it’s too late.
My hope is... that Puerto Rico might have more climate stability from hurricanes and earthquakes
My hope is... that powerful governments and corporations will change and act boldly to decarbonize the economy now.
My hope is... all moderate & heavy users of fossil fuels will use an app to see their carbon footprint and work to reduce it.
My hope is... to establish and better enforce marine protected areas across the globe, especially in less developed nations and a preventive measure. I would also like to see more restoration of the reefs in the United States, especially the Florida keys reef tract. And I would love to see the United States, specifically Florida, create more jobs in the environmental realm (specifically law, policy, and enforcement).
My hope is... that all global leaders will act quickly to turn emissions reduction targets into action.
My hope is... for political will and moral leadership to save our planet.
My hope is... that delegates of COP26 put the future of all over the profits of a few. We cannot afford to waste another moment. World leaders must reject our reliance on fossil fuels.
