The mural, which will serve as the official poster of next year’s conference, was created with drawings and written contributions from hundreds of international participants attending the Global Health Council’s Conference and included messages written in: English, Hindi, Spanish, Nepalese, Russian, Korean, Yoruba, Bulgarian, Sangho, Haitian Creole, Bengali, Arabic, Swahili, Chinese, Romanian, Catalan, French, Gujarati, Quechua, Kakchiquel Maya, Marathi, Farsi, German, Urdu, Amharic, Ibo, Kikuyu, Khmer, Pidgin English, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Hebrew, Portuguese, Tamil, Malayalam, Turkmen, and Tigrigna.
The Global Health Council is the world’s largest membership alliance dedicated to improving health worldwide. Their mission is to mobilize effective action by advocating for needed policies and resources, building networks and alliances among those working to improve health, and communicating innovative ideas, knowledge and best practices in the health field.
