Xavier Cortada worked with 14 art students from Delaware County’s seven high schools to design and create a participant-driven, prevention mural in Muncie, Indiana. The Delaware County Coordinating Council-sponsored 6 foot by twelve foot mural is touring the various schools in the district. The mural, which integrated anti-drug “messages” from the District’s elementary and middle schools, was unveiled during the community’s Red Ribbon Week breakfast, October 1997.
