“What’s All the Buzz About?” opened July 11 to a full house at the Art on Park Gallery.

“What’s All the BUZZ About?” opened July 11 to a full house at the Art on Park Gallery. The exhibition, curated by Rolando Chang Barrero for The Artists Of Palm Beach Gallery, brought together visual artists working in all media – from fiber arts to eco-arts. Highlights included four representatives of Eco-Art South Florida, a live presentation by Al Salopek, president of the Palm Beach County Bee Keepers Association, a live performance art piece by Sherryl Muriente, and an interactive piece by Xavier Cortada which was facilitated by Eco-Art South Florida President, Mary Jo Aagerstoun. The exhibition is designed elevate awareness, raise funds, and forge new relationships between the artists, community, and organizations working to save the environment. “What’s All The Buzz About?” continues through Aug. 11. A community roundtable discussion is being planned for early August.
