On August 27th, 2020 at 6:00 pm, Xavier Cortada gave a presentation to the incoming students of the University of Miami Herbert Business School’s Global Executive MBA program.

In tradition, we will have the attendance of Xavier Cortada who in the past has given a tremendous official welcome to the “U” family and presented his signed artwork to all incoming students. After hearing from Xavier, our GEMBA Alumni Panel Representatives have prepared an agenda that aims to welcome the incoming class with energy and excitement, as well as to provide them with tips and best practices for how to make the most of the program and also how to manage the workload (while also balancing a full-time career and other life obligations). This year is a little different since we will not have our typical on campus alumni/welcome event, but we still want to create a meaningful and memorable student experience for those beginning the program.
