About Atlantis Miami

The Atlantis Miami Art Hack, to be held in 2017, is a Knight Arts Challenge winning project inviting artists and tech professionals throughout the globe to collaborate on a two week hack-a-thon to produce works exploring the theme of sea level rise in Miami. In the months leading up to the hack-a-thon, the Bakehouse will host a series of workshops to better acquaint potential participants with the ideas, techniques, and technology they can utilize during the hack.

At the conclusion of the “hack”, pieces selected by a jury of world renowned arts and tech professionals will be featuring in the Bakehouse’s Art Week 2017 exhibition, with the creators of the winning piece receiving a $10,000 cash prize!
