Join us on Monday, November 4 at the Young Leaders Summit at Pinecrest Gardens from 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. as Cortada Projects Director Adam Roberti speaks about the organization and its latest project, Plan(T).

Roberti will be outlining Cortada Projects’ objectives for the global community and how it aims to promote awareness on climate change by engaging individuals on their local environmental issues through participatory art. He will also address how to get involved in environmental activism through interactive art, just as Cortada Projects is doing.

Along with Cortada Projects, Roberti will also be highlighting its latest eco-art project, Plan(T), which aims to develop South Florida’s first urban mangrove forest by asking residents to plant mangrove seedlings in their yards to better prepare the community for sea-level-rise, saltwater intrusion and increased flooding.

Other organizations such as the Cleo Institute, Friday’s for Future and Debris Free Oceans, will be featured speakers in the summit.
