On July 29th, 2019, Xavier Cortada was invited to be the Keynote Speaker at Louisiana’s third annual Regional Arts Summit, presented by Arts Council of Greater Baton Rouge in partnership with Louisiana Division of the Arts, Office of the Lt. Governor.

To conclude the evening, attendees participated in “DO NOT OPEN” and clipped their letters to the walls of the Capitol Park Museum. All letters were then given to the State Library of Louisiana to be archived for 100 years.
